Signed by Kent Notary Services will travel to you at your home, office, or will meet in a public space anywhere in the Middle Tennessee area to notarize your documents. We service Middle Tennessee in the following counties:
Cheatham, Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, and Williamson Counties.
**Counties and areas further than those listed above will be considered on a case by case basis.
Our notaries will always follow CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19 and will come to your home or office with a mask, gloves, and sanitizer. We can accommodate signings in outside areas (porch, backyard, patio, etc.) as well.
We also offer remote online notarizations anywhere in Tennessee through the Nexsys Clear Sign and Pavaso platforms.
Signed by Kent Notary Services has partnered with some of the best title and mortgage companies in the country. We are always looking to partner with more companies, especially in the Middle Tennessee area!
Our Signing Agents have been certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) and are commissioned to notarize in the state of Tennessee both in-person and remotely online. Our background checks are also done through the NNA annually.
We currently have $50,000 E&O Bonds for our NSAs and other documented certifications upon request.
We are trained and certified in Nexsys Clear Sign and Pavaso online signing platforms for Remote Online Notarizations.
Signed by Kent Notary Services offers ordained ministers to officiate your wedding. We also specialize in last minute planning and we are flexible to give you the wedding you will remember forever!
Although we do not offer marriage counseling, we have partnered with several licensed and properly certified counselors who are ready to help you and your spouse prepare for a life together.

WEDDING OFFICIANT SERVICES

***Our process involves a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining balance due on the day of the wedding. Upon your deposit, we will schedule a consultation on how you want your day to flow. This consultation will include us discussing your vows, scriptures/poems, and the wedding script.
***We DO offer discounts if you use one of our Wedding Planner partners for your wedding ceremony or if you are referred to us through them.
***Again, while we do not currently offer marriage counseling, we have a great network of certified counselors we are partnered with who are more than happy to assist you and your spouse with any counsel you may need.
